common:

cramps in the tummy area like pre-menstruel cramps
painless, swollen glands near the vaginal opening
sickness
feeling 'under the weather'
food aversions
stretch marks
water retention
weight gain
higher body temperature
itchy bump and breasts

rare or dangerous:

ithcy hands and feet, internal itching without any sign of a rash: can be due to pregnancy induced stress on the liver causing increased bile acids. sometimes this can become dangerous and turn into a condition called obstetric cholestasis. sometimes the bile acids will stay boarderline which is what has happened to me with this pregnancy and won't be dangerous, but is still itchy still needs routine blood tests. it usually occurs in the last 10 weeks of pregnancy, but can occur at any time.

another problem is fatty liver disease. this is even rarer than OC. it is characterised by extreme sickness and pain in the liver.

swollen face, hands and feet, floaters in eyes and a headache: this can signal high blood pressure. it is called pre-eclampsia. it is very dangerous to both the woman and her baby.

extremely raised itchy rash everywhere that usually starts on the belly: this is called PUPPS. it is not dangerous, but just very bothersome.

UTI infections: pregnant women get routinely tested for them at every medical appointment.
