I really need help on starting my own graphic comic book but my first big problem is finding a illustrator?

I would really love to see an illustrator who has something new to bring to the table. Even though im only 14 and I'v never done this before I have a great idea for a story plot with plenty of action adventure and plenty of butt kicking. And if you can give me the first pointers on starting up my book this would be GREAT oh and suggestions on illustrators.
